Each member must meet the following requirements to join Data Recovery Alliance.

No data recovery company is authorized as its member, if the company fails to meet any one of the following requirements managerially, financially and technically.

The member company must:

1. Have technical achievements for over five (5) years within the country;
2. Have manager(s) with over five (5) years of experience in this industry;
3. Have annual sales profits of over one (1) million dollars in the data recovery business;
4. Have public reputation on data recovery business within the country;
5. Hold a referral from an administration officer;
6. Have a parliamentary approval from the board meeting; and
7. Confirm there is no existing member company in the country. The member company shall be one (1) company per country, except for USA and China, where up to two (2) companies can join the Alliance.
