Hello. We are the Japanese representative to the
Data Recovery Alliance, Data Recovery Center, Inc.
We are the Japanese representative to the Data Recovery
Alliance. Since its establishment in 1998, our company
has continued to grow, and in 2004 we were number
one in Japan in number of data recovery contracts
received.
There are several reasons why we continue to receive
the support of our Japanese customers.
We have multiple domestic locations including Tokyo,
Osaka, and Fukuoka, and in addition to logic failures,
we are also one of only a few companies capable of
recovering data from physically damaged hard drives
in our company's own clean room.
Since we have the knowledge, technology, and equipment
to provide solutions at our facilities without outsourcing
overseas, we are able to deliver promptly to our customers.
Additionally, we have 24-hour telephone support,
and since we provide our services at a small percentage
of what the data recovery industry has traditionally
charged, we are coming to be recognized as a leading
company in the industry in cost as well. Though in
other countries this may be common practice, our fees
are based completely on results, and we do not charge
if we are unable to recover data.
As for security, in 2004 we were the first data recovery
company in Japan to obtain the Privacy Mark, and at
present our company is the only company in the country
specializing in data recovery to have this designation.
We are also recognized for our management philosophy
and track record, and in 2004 we received a business
award known as the Entrepreneurship Prize.
We are not a data recovery company in search of
profit alone. We are an IT company, and our business
philosophy is to return our profits to the Japanese
society through IT. As examples, we were able to do
the following in 2004:

free data recovery services following the Niigata
Chuetsu earthquake.
Provide
of free online virus scan and anti-virus services..
Our company has friendships and close technological
partnerships internationally as well, and we have
connections with data recovery companies with large
market share in countries including the U.S.A., Korea,
France and others.
